Joseph began his recovery journey in January 2013, accumulating over a decade of personal experience and achieving certification as a Peer Supervisor in 2019. Leveraging his profound understanding of mental health and substance use disorder, Joseph supports others on their recovery journeys, making a positive impact in the Johnson County area. With his pivotal role in initiatives like the Jail program and J.C.O.R.E, Joseph’s lived experience drives his passion to empower individuals and communities toward positive change.

Tammy Dodson-Hernandez
Tammy is a seasoned Management Professional with over a decade of experience, bringing a wealth of leadership, organizational expertise, and strategic insight to our board. Her professional background is complemented by strong fundraising skills, with a proven history of successfully supporting initiatives and driving community engagement efforts.
With a personal journey through addiction and recovery, Tammy channels her passion into creating compelling content that deeply resonates with her audience. Her authenticity and lived experience allow her to connect with others in a powerful and meaningful way.
Tammy also has a rich history in women’s ministry, where she has mentored, encouraged, and empowered women through faith-based leadership and outreach. Her dedication to service reflects her heart for restoration and growth in others.
She is a proud mother of three boys—Adian, David, and Christian—and one daughter, Elizabeth. Tammy enriches our board with her unwavering commitment, servant leadership, and unique perspective.

Jayme Brice
Jayme Brice celebrates over two years of sobriety and remains deeply committed to her continued growth and service in recovery ministry. For the past two years, she has faithfully volunteered at Stepping Stones Recovery House, leading numerous Bible studies and building meaningful relationships with the men in the program.
Jayme and her husband, Jay, proudly serve as the Recovery Pastors at Link Church. Together, they have dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ, ministry, and the restoration of men and women seeking freedom. Alongside their calling to serve, they are devoted to raising their three beautiful children and building a legacy of faith, hope, and transformation.

Chrissy Phillips, LMSW
Chrissy Phillips is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Arkansas and serves as a therapist with Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare- Outpatient Services. She provides outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges.
With over 14 years in long-term recovery following a 25-year history of substance use, Chrissy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her clinical work. Her personal journey informs her commitment to accountability, resilience, and sustainable behavioral change. She has extensive experience serving justice-involved individuals and those navigating complex trauma and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Her clinical work includes comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community and court systems. Chrissy is a Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist and remains dedicated to structured, evidence-based care that supports emotional regulation, stability, and long-term recovery.
Outside of her professional role, Chrissy is a devoted single mother to her two children, Blake (27) and Olivia (19), who have been her greatest motivation and evidence of generational change. She also cherishes life with her energetic four-year-old Black Lab, Nix, who keeps her grounded and active. Chrissy values family deeply and believes that healing within one generation creates strength for the next.
Her life and career are anchored in 1 Peter 2:9 — “He called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” — a verse that reflects the transformation she has experienced and the hope she seeks to extend to every client/peer she serves.

Robbie Willis
Hailing from Johnson County, Arkansas, Robbie celebrates twenty-four years of marriage and serves as the discipleship pastor at Link Church in Clarksville, AR. With a background as an ordained minister and Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach, Robbie has been a guiding light for over two decades, offering support to those battling addictions and trauma. As an Auxiliary Board Member of Stepping Stones Recovery of Arkansas, Robbie is committed to the mission of providing hope and healing to individuals and families across the Arkansas River Valley.

Dangie Casper
Dangie Casper is a dedicated and experienced Peer Recovery Supervisor, committed to advocating for individuals in addiction recovery. With both lived and professional experience, Dangie is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to set and achieve meaningful recovery goals that are vital to their overall wellness journey. In her role, she serves as a critical liaison between peers and service providers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among judges, community leaders, law enforcement, first responders, and healthcare professionals.
Through these collaborative efforts, Dangie works to foster understanding and reshape public perceptions of addiction. She is also a Trainer of Trainers, specializing in both core and advanced peer support, as well as Justice Involved Peer Specialists throughout the state of Arkansas. Additionally, she is certified in Narcan administration, further demonstrating her commitment to equipping others with the necessary skills to support individuals in recovery.
Dangie holds national certification from the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors and has an educational background in nursing and sports medicine. She is an active member of the Arkansas Peer Advisory Committee, reflecting her dedication to community engagement and advocacy. With seven years of sustained recovery, Dangie is a living example of resilience and strength, using her personal experience and professional expertise to make a profound, positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
Her passion for fostering empowerment and resilience in those with substance use disorders and mental health challenges underscores her ongoing commitment to the field of Peer Support.
